CS 549 News

10/14/10 - Paper availability: A couple of hard-to-get papers are linked to the class page. Most journal papers are available on the web at the journals' sites. You will need to be in a USC machine (or follow the other approaches listed on the course syllabus) to access most of these, otherwise the journals require that you pay for the downloads. I have asked the Seaver Science library to put all the books in the reference list on reserve on 2 or 3 hours loan. Please do not "get smart" and somehow take the books out of the library for your own convenience and create a major problem for everybody else in the course. I consider that unacceptable behavior and will treat it as such.
10/14/10 - Welcome! The first class is on Monday, January 10, at 2:00 pm in KAP 137 -- note change of time and room from the earlier version of the schedule. The "course organization" page been updated only in part for the Spring 2011 version of the course.
